Thank you to everyone who donated to Easton’ @novatosouthll Hit-A-Thon. Easton won most money raised for the whole AAA minors division and the league raised $32,483!!! That doesn’t even include the snack shack and raffle! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Our goal was $25k and we knocked it out of the park. Easton and the res of NSLL will have these batting cages in no time! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

🌤️Fairuz (born Nouhad Wadie Haddad) is an iconic Lebanese singer, widely regarded as one of the greatest vocalists in the Arab world. Born in Beirut in November 20 1934, she rose from a modest radio chorus singer in the 1940s to an international superstar, bridging Eastern and Western musical traditions. Throughout the Lebanese Civil War (1975–1990), Fairuz continued to tour globally but notably refused to perform within Lebanon to avoid appearing biased. Her unifying voice transcended sectarian lines, and her songs of peace and love became an anchor for the Lebanese people. She has recorded nearly 1,500 songs, performed in 20 musicals, and starred in major musical films (like Safar Barlik). She has performed at iconic international venues, including the Royal Albert Hall in London and Carnegie Hall in New York. She is celebrated not just as an entertainer, but as a living symbol of Arab heritage and unity.#fairouz #فيروز #فيروزيات_الصباح❤ #اكسبلور #علموني

The bigger your biceps, the better your erections. My colleagues at Baylor and I published a paper on this in a peer-reviewed journal, and it shows a relationship. Message me and I’ll send it to you. Why open with that line? To get your attention. Biology gives you factors you can control, and behavior gives you the rest. For aging muscle there are two solutions: build muscle mass and improve muscle quality. Quality is the fat that infiltrates the tissue. Good muscle looks like a filet, and fat-marbled muscle looks like wagyu. Mass without quality is insignificant. The concept I care about now is musclespan. The greater your strength reserve, the greater your metabolic health and your functional independence. Next year at Biohack Austin, I expect you to show up jacked.
Just a reminder that you are pretty amazing!😁 #positivity #happythoughts #sweetdreams #goodvibes
