Pins coladads are dairy free and the lasagna was her mom’s recipe which probably used dairy free cheese. I will give you not taking drinks from strangers but she doesn’t actually think Garrett will drug her in the middle of class. That’s just stupid.

pina colada is coconut milk, so no lactose in it. the lasagna at the dinner was without lactose (but they did not eat it finally)

But when she goes over to Garretts house for thanks giving he said TAHT what ever he made it was lactose free but I see what you mean

In the books her drink was spiked at a party the night she was ra**d. In the book she takes her own sealed bottle of water, But I don't think the show mentioned this.
