Neuroplasticity is one of the reasons I stay hopeful with MS. 🧠✨

Our brains are constantly adapting, creating new pathways, and finding ways to work around damage. While MS can affect the nervous system, the brain still has an incredible ability to learn, strengthen connections, and adjust over time.

That’s why movement, rest, nutrition, stress management, learning new things, and consistency matter so much to me. Not because I’m trying to “fix” myself — but because I’m supporting my brain in doing what it was designed to do: adapt.

Healing doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like small daily choices repeated over and over again. 🤍#ms #livingwithms #multiplesclerosis #positivevibes #msmom

Hii everyone, Does anyone know of any reputable MS specialists here in Georgia? Like life changing specialists even in other states that you would recommend please? 🧡🧡🧡

I see that why they recommend Therapy but they don’t tell us this . Thank you for sharing

I tried to include it every day in my routine, brushing my teeth with a different hand, doing everything left-handed for a day, walk backwards, balance games, and honestly some random games on the net 😍

Very encouraging! I’ve just been diagnosed with MS but looking back I know I’ve pushed through for many many years not getting this properly diagnosed. I agree. Resilience is a very important thing but also for me I need to find the balance of rest and listening to my body… How do you lean into that?

My neurologist was very happy when he found out that I’ve played a musical instrument and he told me never to stop that!

I’ve had MS for 26 years but have never heard of neuro plasticity, infact I’ve never been given any advise including drugs advise hence I’ve stayed drug free. I’ve always exercised and maintained a good diet. I walk every day using a cane/walker when needed. My biggest difficulty now is speach and as someone who spent all my life in sales . I only have tumours in my brain and in all honesty I’m still pleased that I’ve never made a fuss or expected advise when it obviously was never forthcoming and at 66 I think 🤔 that it’s never going to happen but I love the people that I’ve met along the way ……..and what a journey it’s been!!
