비로소 우리 안에 오래 남습니다.

아마 그런 마음에서 시작된 영화였습니다.

같은 시간을 지나고도
서로 다른 외로움을 안고 살아가는 사람들.
말하지 못한 감정들.
끝내 닿지 못한 마음들.

나는 그 조용한 흔들림들을
빛과 그림자,
그리고 새벽의 온도로 남겨두고 싶었습니다.

영화는 결국
무언가를 설명하는 일이 아니라,
사라지기 전의 마음을
잠시 붙잡아두는 일에 가까웠던 것 같습니다.

우리는 모두
같은 밤 아래 있었지만,
조금씩 다른 꿈을 꾸고 있었으니까요.

나에게 새로운 삶을 살게 해줬던 모두를 기억하며

Some nights
only stay with us
after they are already gone.

I think
〈Song of the Same Night〉
began from that kind of feeling.

People passing through the same moment,
yet carrying different loneliness within them.
Unspoken emotions.
Hearts that could never fully reach one another.

I wanted to leave those quiet tremors behind
through light and shadow,
and the temperature of dawn.

In the end,
perhaps cinema is not about explaining something,
but about holding onto a feeling
for just a little longer before it disappears.

We were all
under the same night,
yet dreaming slightly different dreams.

Remembering everyone
who allowed me to live a new life.
