✨3 phases of weight loss: 1) 12-15# down with 7 months of “doing all the right things” (late March - late Oct 2025). 2) 12-15# with a GLP1 (late Oct 2025 - early Jan 2026) and lost basically only muscle... 👀 3) 36# DOWN without a GLP-1 ... Plus the GLOW UP of my life + total body recomposition with muscle and strength. (Jan - July 2026) ✨FRIENDS.... Read these stories (shared from my insta page).... ... this is the only “before and after” I’ve posted because honestly the “before” makes me INCREDIBLY emotional. It was such a dark, hard season of my life. 😭 ... Not only was I incredibly overweight... ... I was struggling SO HARD with mental health stuff... ... marriage stuff ... chronic-sick-kid stuff ... not sleeping through the night hardly ever... ... insulin resistance ... lost my identity entirely 🔥AND IN THIS before PIC I was working out EVERYDAY, cold plunging, taking $1000 worth of supplements a month... The toll this level of stress takes on your body as a woman is W-I-L-D. Tonight I’m sharing THE WHOLE STORY.... including stuff I haven’t ever shared publicly. Like “all the life updates”.... If you’d like an invite, comment STORY below and we’ll get you the link! Can’t wait to see you there. XO, J 💙

Apparently sucralose is DESTROYING your gut microbiome. Someone should tell the human trials. 🙄 A new systematic review (PMID: 42794802) of 10 randomized controlled trials found no significant pooled effects of sucralose on: 🦠 Gut microbial alpha diversity 🧪 Fecal short-chain fatty acids, including butyrate 🩸 Fasting glucose or insulin resistance assessed by HOMA-IR Some individual studies reported lower butyrate, while others found no effect. The pooled result wasn’t statistically significant, and changes in bacterial composition were inconsistent. Does this prove sucralose has ZERO effect? No. These were small, short studies, and some estimates had wide confidence intervals. We need longer, better-controlled trials. But “sucralose DESTROYS your gut” is absolutely absurd based on these results. The available human evidence does NOT demonstrate a consistent adverse effect, much less the dramatic damage being claimed online. Also, a change in gut bacteria doesn’t automatically mean your health got worse. You need evidence connecting that change to an actual adverse outcome. The certainty of the social media hot takes is far greater than the certainty of the evidence. 🤷‍♂️
