Sam Guichelaar shared on X that he received a copyright infringement notice from Paramount through Starlink.

He says the warning arrived just 2 days after he downloaded the movie Dexter Resurrection using a torrent.

The notice asked him to remove the copyrighted material and warned that repeated violations could lead to his internet service being suspended or terminated.

Starlink’s response shows how internet providers handle copyright complaints from movie studios and other rights holders.

A female falcon with a GPS tracker made an incredible journey from South Africa all the way to Finland. She flew about 140 miles every day for 42 days, traveling thousands of miles from one side of the world to another.

This small bird crossed huge areas of land, facing long days of flying, changing weather, and many dangers along the way.
One of the most amazing parts of her journey was how she avoided flying across large seas, including the Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea.

Birds like falcons often avoid long flights over open water because there are fewer places to rest and fewer rising air currents to help them fly. Instead, she followed a longer route over land. It’s amazing how a bird can find its way across such a huge distance using its natural instincts.

November is Epilepsy Awareness Month 💜

I’ve gone back and forth about sharing this because, for a long time, epilepsy was just a part of my life that I kept pretty private.

There are so many parts of someone’s story that you can’t see just by looking at them. The fears they’ve carried, the things they’ve had to learn to live with, the moments that have changed them, and the strength they’ve had to find along the way.

Epilepsy is one of those parts of my story.

It has taught me that strength doesn’t always look like being fearless. Sometimes strength is learning how to live fully even when there are things you can’t control. It’s choosing to keep dreaming, laughing, loving people, and showing up for your life without knowing exactly what tomorrow will hold.

There have been moments when I wished this wasn’t part of my story. But looking back, I can also see how much it has shaped the way I see life. It has made me more grateful for ordinary days, more aware of what other people may be carrying silently, and more appreciative of every opportunity I get to do what I love.

Most importantly, I’ve learned that having epilepsy does not make me any less capable, strong, or myself.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And I’m still trusting God with the parts of my story that I don’t always understand.

So this month, I’m sharing a piece of mine in hopes that someone else feels a little less alone — and as a reminder to be kind. You truly never know what someone is fighting behind the scenes. 💜

Epilepsy is a part of my story.
It is not the definition of it.
