A big, big thank you to @flyvarkala for making my birthday so incredibly special! ❤️

Cutting a birthday cake right in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by nothing but the endless sky and sea, was truly one of the happiest and most unforgettable moments of my life. 🌊🎂✨

#HeidiKlum is back with another wild costume for her annual Halloween party! For Halloween 2026, she’s stopping traffic as a severed hand! #Socialites, here for it? 📸 @variety

I took my best friend to one of my favourite self-care spots to experience her very FIRST lymphatic drainage massage. And honestly, there’s something so special about treating someone you love to a little time to slow down. 🥹

Between work, motherhood, family, and the never-ending to-do lists, we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget we deserve that same care, too.

From the gentle, rhythmic movements of a Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage to a relaxing red light therapy session, this was the ultimate little spa escape. And their NEW location makes the experience even better. ✨

If you’ve never tried a lymphatic drainage massage, here’s your sign to learn more about it! It’s a gentle massage technique designed to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid, and the whole experience can be incredibly relaxing.

A little reminder:
🤍 You don’t need a special occasion to book a spa day.
🤍 Self-care isn’t something you have to earn.
🤍 Sometimes the best gift is an hour where nobody needs anything from you.

Send this to your bestie who’s overdue for a little pampering. Or better yet, book something together. 🫶

Have you ever tried a lymphatic drainage massage? I’m curious! 👇

I have a code for anyone who wants to try for savings. NIKKIHEAL10
