Officially graduated from YTT 200 🧘‍♀️

Never thought I’d do anything remotely “athletic,” but this journey taught me so much about my body, mind, and the value of consistent practice. Grateful for the incredible teachers (the best) and curious peers who made every lesson deeper and more meaningful!!!
