Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo 🍝 Making creamy chicken fettuccine Alfredo is super easy! Rich, cheesy, and packed with flavour, this is the perfect comfort meal. Ingredients * Fettuccine pasta * 1 chicken breast * 1 tbsp paprika * Salt, to taste * ½ tbsp black pepper * 1 tbsp garlic powder * A little oil, for frying * 2 tbsp butter * 5–6 cloves garlic, minced * 1 cup fresh cream * Dried parsley * Lots of Parmesan cheese Method 1. Boil your fettuccine until it’s 60–70% cooked. Reserve some pasta water before draining. 2. Season the chicken breast with paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. 3. Heat a little oil in a pan and pan-fry the chicken until fully cooked and golden. Remove and slice. 4. In the same pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. 5. Pour in the fresh cream and season with salt, black pepper, and dried parsley. 6. Add the pasta and cook until it’s perfectly al dente. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. 7. Throw in lots of freshly grated Parmesan and mix until the sauce is creamy and coats the pasta beautifully. 8.
