When mom visits she cooks. And when she cooks, it’s always better than mine. Atta, jaggery, a little ghee. That’s it. 🧡 Comment “SEND” and I’ll DM it to you 👇🏽 No deep frying. No sugar syrup. Just whole wheat flour and jaggery giving you those golden lacy edges and a soft center that melts in your mouth. Saffron, cardamom, fennel seeds. Every bite tastes like home. Mom says this is how malpua was always made before sugar took over. I believe her. 🙏🏽 Serve it with rabdi and your Diwali is complete. ✨ This summer with her in my kitchen is something I will hold onto forever. Watch till the end, she feeds me one and that hug at the end says everything. 🧡 Full Recipe: https://ministryofcurry.com/malpua #diwalispecial❤️ #indiancuisine #easyrecipe #desifood #festivefood festivevibes indiandessert homemade malpua mithai home-cooking healthyindian indiancooking
