Wayne’s World - 1992

Ed O’Neill was in three scenes in the 1992 hit comedy Wayne’s World, and they were all completely unhinged.

Ed O’Neill hosted Saturday Night Live in 1990, playing an unhinged Driver’s Ed teacher in an early Wayne’s World sketch. Mike Myers was so impressed by O’Neill’s intense, psychotic comedic timing that he explicitly wrote the role of donut shop manager Glen for him in the 1992 feature film. O’Neill loved the dark writing and agreed to the brief cameo as a favor to Myers.
