A terrible experience with your hotel; they just cancelled our reservation with only two days left before our trip—something that has never happened to me with a hotel before. It is outrageous, and they didn't even offer us any alternative solutions😡

I'm still mad at you guys for letting me book my stay during Christmas time, and if I hadn't called the day before I was supposed to fly out to NY, I wouldn't have known you were closed and had become a migrant shelter. You didn't email me to let me know, I was the one who had to cancel the reservation and rebook a different hotel during one of the busiest times of the year. Which was very frustrating because I originally booked my stay with you guys MONTHS before. Horrible customer service, I really hope you have improved since then.
