Allah (SWT) says "do not be sad" 9 times in the Qur'an. Look at who He said it to. A mother placing her newborn in a river. (28:7) Maryam, alone in labour beneath a palm tree. (19:24) The Prophet (PBUH) in the cave with Abu Bakr, enemies standing at the entrance. (9:40) The Prophet (PBUH) again, grieving over the people who turned away from him. (16:127) The believers after Uhud, wounded and mourning. (3:139) These are the strongest people in our history, and every one of them felt sad. Not once does the Qur'an blame them for it. Every time, the words come with something from Him. The mother is promised her son back. Water runs at Maryam's feet. Sakinah descends in the cave. Your sadness is not proof that your iman is failing. In the Qur'an, it is the very moment Allah chose to speak. β€œMental Health in Islam: Anxiety, Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion.” πŸ“… Started 22 October 2026 πŸ—“οΈ Every Thursday & Sunday | 3:00 PM UTC/GMT ⏱️ 10 sessions | 10 hours total πŸŽ₯ Live online | All sessions recorded πŸŽ“ CPD Accredited | Certificate of Completion Save this for the day you need it. @asiya.firdose_ personality Queen stay strong πŸ˜₯❀️ America! America!! is a family drama directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar. The story revolves around three childhood friends from coastal Karnataka-Shashank, Surya, and Bhumika. Shashank dreams of going to America and believes success and happiness lie abroad. Surya values Indian culture, family bonds, and traditional values. Bhumika is the friend who connects both of them despite their different views on life. As Shashank moves to the United States, he faces the realities of life abroad, including loneliness, cultural differences, and personal struggles. The film contrasts the dream of settling in America with the importance of relationships, identity, and emotional fulfillment. Meanwhile, Surya's life in India follows a different path, highlighting the conflict between modern ambitions and traditional values. The movie ultimately shows that true happiness is not determined by where one lives, but by the relationships, values, and choices one makes in life.
