Wayne had to work late tonight so I decided to surprise him with something I’ve been wanting to try and it turned out SO good! He prefers everything over rice, but I loveee noodles, and especially udon … so I served both! Are you team rice or team noodle? Comment SUBSTACK any time for a link to the full length recipes, recipe cards and shopping list on our Substack “Nancy & Wayne” This is a quick and easy, delicious dish. RED CURRY UDON SOUP WITH CRISPY PORK + BOK CHOY 3 lb ground pork (can be swapped w/tofu or ground beef) 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1/3-1/2 cup minced onion 1/4 cup minced shallot 2 tbsp minced ginger 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 cup red curry paste About 20 oz coconut milk 4-6 cups chicken broth 1-2 Tbsp Fish sauce, adjust to taste Juice of 2-4 limes, to taste Frozen udon noodles Bok choy, halved blanched Eggs, as many as you’d like Chili oil @momofukugoods Sliced scallions Cook the pork in a stainless steel pan over high heat without adding salt or oil; it will render its own fat. Leave it undisturbed until crispy on the bottom, then flip it. Only after flipping, drizzle with the dark soy sauce and crisp the other side. Remove from the pan. Work in batches if needed so it crisps rather than steams. Saute the onion, shallot, ginger and garlic in the same pan for a few minutes. Add the curry paste and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the coconut milk and chicken broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add the fish sauce and lime juice gradually, tasting as you go. Everything can be adjusted to taste. For the jammy eggs, bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower in as many eggs as you’d like and cook for exactly 6 minutes. Run under cold water, then peel and halve. Cook the frozen udon according to the package directions and blanch the halved bok choy until tender-crisp. Put the udon in a bowl, pour over the broth, then add the crispy pork, bok choy and jammy eggs. Finish with chili oil and scallions. You can also serve it over rice instead of udon. #udon #curry #soupseason #crispypork #easyrecipe @allclad

Here we go again: H will scream until William pavs attention, then apparentlv call it reconciliation. "I'Il make my brother be friends with me by threatening him!" H is furious that his words and actions have consequences-as though the consequences arrived entirely without warning. He left in a huff, kept makinc things worse, and now appears offended that the door didn't swing back open on command. Being a sore loser is not a good look. You can't demand forgiveness, especiallv when vou haven't apologized and still insist you did nothing wrong. And foraiveness isn't amnesia. Even if William eventually forgives H, that doesn't mean he'll forget-or trust him again. William has every reason to protect his children from being pulled into the next round of public drama, especially when their privacy could become another bargaining chip for attention or money. H's anger makes it hard to believe he simply misses his brother. It looks more like he misses the attention and opportunities that came with being publiclv connected to him-and he's furious that William won't let himself or his family be used to keep the Harkles in the headlines. It’s remarkable how H manages to cast himself as the eternally hard-done-by victim while drama follows him around like an overenthusiastic publicist. H&M insist that nothing is ever their fault, then produce another carefully assembled explanation for why everyone else is responsible. Thank goodness William was born first. H resents him for continuing to show what a working royal can look like: capable, charming, funny, and—most inconveniently for H—well liked. Keep shouting, Harold; William isn’t obliged to answer, and public sympathy can’t be summoned by throwing a tantrum. Threats, harassment and stalking, oh my! If the Met hasn't yet classified him as a fixated person, they need to refer themselves to the IOPC again! Frankie and Nicole celebrated their wedding in Portugal, but we wanted to share that joy here at home, too. Their New Jersey celebration gave family and friends who couldn’t travel to Portugal a chance to be a part of it, especially the grandparents who were unable to travel overseas. The nuptial blessing made the day even more meaningful bringing everyone together to celebrate their love ❤️ 📸 Photography: @chrisjevansphoto 💐 Florals: @premiereventsbyreema 👩🏼 Wedding Planner: @joanngregoli ⛪️ Church: @mostblessedsacramentchurch 🎉 Venue: @indiantrailclub 🎶 Music & Band: @jordankahnorchestra 📝 Custom Signage: @carolinejamesny 🎂 Cake: @vincenzo_salvatore_cakes 👰🏻‍♀️ Wedding Dress: @white_house_bride 👗 Dress: @rachelgilbertau 🍾 Flair Bartenders: @the_cup_bearer 🤳 Photobooth: @snappedsociety Stay tuned for more details on what made this day absolutely amazing! #fallwedding #sonwedding #familywedding #peoplemagazine
