I saw the backrooms like 2 days ago and haven’t stopped thinking about it since then, it’s probably in my top 3 for horror movies now. I cannot wait to see what Kane thinks up next and wish nothing but the best for everyone involved in the film, if you love horror and haven’t seen it, watch it. #backrooms

Some photos make your brain work a little harder than usual. From Christmas lights glowing beneath heavy snow and a snow leopard blending into a rocky cliff, to clouds that look like ocean waves and birds making a tree appear covered in leaves, perspective can completely change what we think we’re seeing.

Other images are just as deceptive, like frost creating mountain-like patterns on a windshield, camel shadows appearing larger than the animals themselves, and Mauritius’ famous “underwater waterfall,” which is actually an optical illusion created by sand and sediment moving off an underwater plateau.

Sometimes the most interesting photos are the ones that make you look twice.
