here lies my contribution to strawberry rhubarb season 🍓 homemade strawberry jam & woven rhubarb baked in a buttery crispy flake. she’s a little rough around the edges but it’s what’s on the inside that counts 🥰 this was so fun, i want to make another immediately. i pray my future is filled with many, many galettes.
