Big arms aren’t just biceps. It’s the muscles around and under them. Train these 3 and your arms look bigger from every angle 👇

1️ Seated Hammer Curls
Neutral grip hits your brachialis (the muscle under your biceps). Build it and it pushes your biceps up = thicker arm.
👉 3–4 sets of 8–12. Lower slow, full stretch at the bottom.

2️⃣ Front Delt Raises
Caps the top of your arm so it looks finished in a tee. No swinging — raise, pause, lower slow.
👉 3–4 sets of 10–15. Lighter, strict.

3️⃣ Lateral Raises
Wider shoulders make your arms look huge by comparison. Lead with the elbow.
👉 3–4 sets of 12–20. Higher reps, chase the burn.

The keys:
✅ Add weight or reps over time
✅ 10–20 hard sets per muscle/week
✅ Stop 1–3 reps from failure
✅ Full range, every rep
