Myspoti: Spotify Without Ads

A free Spotify account now plays exactly like a Premium subscription, complete with unlimited skips and zero commercial interruptions. This is Myspoti, a native Android app that hides the official web player inside its own interface to intercept ad breaks before they ever reach your ears. You sign in with your existing credentials, and the app handles the rest without ever touching your password. It also supports installable extensions that fetch audio files for offline listening, keeping your playlists synchronized automatically. Your listening history still counts toward your annual Wrapped stats, just like normal.

Behind the effortless optimism of the great American songbook lies the rigorous mind of a classical architect.
Written by Burt Bacharach with lyrics by Hal David for the 1969 film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head” won the Academy Award and became a global standard. While it sounds effortlessly breezy, Bacharach—who studied classical composition under French master Darius Milhaud—built the song on subtle rhythmic shifts, unexpected bar lengths, and delicate harmonic resolutions.
In March 1970, on the set of This Is Tom Jones, Bacharach joined the Welsh superstar for an intimate, acoustic performance. Accompanied only by legendary session guitarist Big Jim Sullivan on a 12-string guitar, Tom Jones leaves behind his big brass arrangements to sing in a warm, relaxed baritone.
Moments later, Bacharach ambles in and sits beside him, delivering the verses with the soft, vulnerable voice of a composer who knows the exact emotional weight of every note.
More than half a century later, this broadcast preserves a masterclass in songwriting: a reminder that the greatest music requires no studio bombast to touch the heart.
