During my time in Barcelona, I tried a Tuna Empanada dish, which really caught me by surprise. The thought of hot tuna has always turned my stomach sideways.
Today I tried to replicate the filling myself, with no real recipe available online, I had to trust my seasoning fingers to do the job.
My own take on a tuna empanada, served as a taco 🌮
