Le Salon Émergence a été, pour Farah Maakel, bien plus qu’un simple rendez-vous d’artistes : un véritable laboratoire curatorial où naissent des expositions comme « Ce Geste Vient D’Ailleurs », présentée ensuite au Palais Bahia à Marrakech. En y croisant des pratiques émergentes et en imaginant l’exposition comme une dramaturgie de regards, elle a pu tisser des liens durables avec une nouvelle génération d’artistes au Maroc et mesurer la richesse de leurs propositions. بالنسبة لفرح معقل، كان صالون «إبراز» أكثر من مجرد موعد فني؛ كان بمثابة مختبر قيّماتي حقيقي، خرجت منه مشاريع مثل معرض "حركة من مكان آخر" الذي عُرض لاحقاً في قصر الباهية بمراكش. من خلال جمع ممارسات فنية ناشئة والتعامل مع المعرض كنوع من الكتابة المسرحية بالنظرات والمسارات، نسجت علاقات متينة مع جيل جديد من الفنانين في المغرب، ووقفت على غنى وجرأة تجاربهم. ما زال باب الترشّح لبرنامج «إبراز» مفتوحاً إلى غاية 12 يونيو؛ إذا كنتم ترغبون أن يصبح عملكم جزءاً من هذه الأبحاث القيّماتية المقبلة، فهذا هو الوقت المناسب للتقدّم بطلبكم.

For Farah Maakel, the Émergence Salon has been more than a gathering of artists; it has been a true curatorial laboratory, where projects like the exhibition “Ce Geste Vient D’Ailleurs” first took shape before being shown at Palais Bahia in Marrakesh. By bringing together emerging practices and treating the exhibition as a dramaturgy of viewpoints and trajectories, she forged lasting connections with a new generation of Moroccan artists and witnessed the richness and boldness of their work.
