Not every product becomes part of my daily routine, but this one did. I love how simple it is to use for washing rice, fruits, and vegetables. Such a practical kitchen helper. 🥰 #MomLife #KitchenHacks #HomeEssentials #KitchenMustHave

It brings me immense joy to finally congratulate @insane_lukas this weekend for winning his IFBB Pro status at @npcworldwidemorocco!

Lukas has been on a journey for the past 13 years with this single goal in mind, becoming a professional in the sport he lives and breathes.

We started our work together in July 2022, and what a story it’s been my friend.

For any athlete on the same path, use this as testament to NEVER giving up on your goals.

If the fire is still in your heart, keep progressing, keep fighting, and keep learning through the highs and lows.

This will be a rollercoaster to endure along the way, but the athletes who never give up are the ones who will eventually experience these moments.

Take a read through the screenshots on this post, hopefully it lights the fire for you even more, both for the coaches guiding and for the athletes executing.

So proud of you Lukas, you did it brother.

Number 32 🎯🤝

Baby flamingo cuteness compilation! 🦩❤️

Might revert to my trusty writing routine of no exercise and a steady diet of Froot Loops, Dr Pepper, Rocky Road ice cream and pretzels… I am not very good at “balance.”
