Medusaa! 🐍
Moving like a snakeee…. 🔥

Not every Halloween look is meant to be pretty… some are meant to turn heads. 🐍🖤

Meet my Medusa inspired look! A little mythical, a little mysterious and a whole lot of dramaaaaaaa✨

For some reason, I’ve always felt a strange connection to snakes. I don’t know why, but I get so many dreams about them, and so many unusual incidents involving snakes have happened in my life. It’s just something I can’t explain! So when we decided to go to a halloween party, My brother gave me this idea and i was like hmmmmmmm interesting!!!! 🫣

And i got a comment from one of you few months back that i gave you medusa vibes!!! So i decided hmmmm i am doing this… but i didn’t know if i would justify the look!!!

But yeaaaah From the snake details to the makeup, accessories and every tiny element, SO much effort went into bringing this look to life. It took a lot of planning, creativity, patience and, of course, a little madness. 😂

Finally got to wear this creation to a Halloween party, and honestly, seeing the entire look come together was SO worth it!

Because sometimes, dressing up isn’t just about the outfit. It’s about becoming the character, getting into the details and having fun with the whole process. 🐍

Now tell me… did I do justice to Medusa? 👀

If this was the 13th century they would have probably burnt me at the stake 😹 #prettywomen #beautifulgirls #gremlins

The 2026 Coach of the Year finalists ✨

Members of the Coaches’ Commission, which was established at the end of 2025, decided on the long list of nominees as part of the revamped voting system.

Area coaches’ associations, or alternative nominated bodies in areas where a coaches’ association is not established, then voted by ranking the nominees to ensure full voting representation across all six areas to decide on the three finalists and one winner which announced at this year’s World #AthleticsAwards on the 29th of November 🙏

Who are period pants for? More people than you might think ❤️ @piperperiod
I don’t use tampons, so period pants are my go-to. I wear them all the time, and for me, they’re simply part of my underwear drawer. But you don’t have to be on your period to wear them.

They can be that extra bit of reassurance at the gym or when your cycle becomes less predictable during perimenopause. And even after your periods stop, you might still want absorbent underwear for everyday discharge.

From first periods to heavy days, overnight protection or just feeling a little more secure, there are so many reasons to reach for a pair. That’s what I love about them and why I created them. Something so practical can still feel like beautiful lingerie. You don’t have to choose between feeling comfortable and feeling like yourself.

That’s how I wear mine…how do you wear yours? 👀
