Debido al entorno hostil y las condiciones inhóspitas, proporcionarle la atención necesaria ha sido una lucha constante.

Se siente destrozada, ha estado llorando y compartiendo su historia y la situación de su padre, pero siente que nadie la escucha.

Lo más difícil es sentirse invisible, como si su dolor no importara, o como si su familia no mereciera ayuda a pesar de todo lo que estan pasando, está cansada pero aún mantiene una pequeña esperanza de que la escuchemos.

أحيانًا أفكّر في مدى صعوبة هذه الدنيا على بعض الناس. وقد قرأتُ أن الله سبحانه وتعالى يبتلي بعض عباده أكثر من غيرهم، فإذا صبروا وتمسّكوا بالإيمان وعملوا الصالحات، كان لهم عند الله أجرٌ عظيم ومكانةٌ عالية. ويُروى أن بعض الناس يوم القيامة، عندما يرون ما أعدّه الله للصابرين من نعيم ورحمة، يتمنّون لو أنهم مرّوا بمزيد من الابتلاءات في الدنيا لينالوا ذلك الأجر العظيم. لا أستطيع أن أتخيّل حجم المعاناة التي يعيشها أهل فلسطين، لكنّي أسأل الله أن يجعل كل ألمٍ وصبرٍ ودمعةٍ في ميزان حسناتكم، وأن يعوّضكم خيرًا في الدنيا والآخرة، وأن يمنحكم الأمن والطمأنينة والفرج القريب. قلوبنا ودعواتنا معكم دائمًا.
