I’d take it as a compliment and remind myself that even if the copy didn’t exist, those people wouldn’t have purchased anyway. They are NOT ur target audience. We purchase copies all the time without even realizing but if we knew the price of the original we would have stuck to the copy. It just is what it is

I like quality and there is a difference with fake and handmade and I am sure there are more people like me that will buy your product instead of fake .If people say to me I seen it cheaper .I reply yes but my work is different in quality ❤️.

I think main point of having stuff like this is to be proud of having them. Would I be proud because i wear something from shien? No, they sell heartless garbage. Artists sell part of their heart. But true. Wired world when shops like shien steals design from small creators. It should be banned somehow. Not even mention eu directive about package. Hopefully they will solve that mater and we will be able to sell/buy to/from other eu countries

Talk with lawyers, sue them and use this story as a great big PR, and use it to show what else it so different with your original product and differentiate it that way!

I would recommend to sell them also on art markets one a month a other market. People will buy for you because they know you and trust you. And little by little you got more and more loyal followers. I also know a art shop in Maastricht ( NL) where you can sell your work. Makes them visible in the teal world. You can do it.

Chinese can only copy. They're the canners and copiers of the world. Someone should put them in their place already, it's becoming pathetic.

It’s really hard. My work was copied and it was large scale design objects for public art. I don’t have the money to fight. It’s very sad. Sorry this happened to you 🙈
