🤡 💩 Gavin Newsom & Karen Bass lied about the Palisades Fire recovery, his state's mismanagement caused the fire & then lied to cover it up in court, new lawsuits claim. Fresh lawsuits & a Senate hearing have intensified the heat on Governor Gavin Newsom, with victims of the Palisades Fire making the allegations in the suits. Over 3,000 displaced residents are now suing the state, saying there were numerous errors that could have been avoided under Newsom's watch-which turned a smoldering spot into an inferno that killed 12 people & burned thousands of homes. Plaintiffs say California Parks & Recreation prevented Los Angeles firefighters from fully putting out the hot embers after the initial Lachman Fire on January 1, then lied and denied they did anything wrong in legal filings. State employee was on site and allegedly told first responders what they could touch and bulldoze. When the embers reignited six days later (the Palisades Fire) it was because the state had skipped mandatory post-fire inspections and kept Topanga State Park open to hikers. They did this despite 911 calls reporting lingering smoke. Lead attorney Roger Behle saying "This wasn't an act of God, it was an act of negligence" Newsom's administration is saying it's not their fault and that it's not their responsibility to babysit federal land. But critics, including Republican senators investigating the fire, say Newsom is lying & the comments are a courtroom dodge. Survivors showed up to a recent Senate field hearing in the Pacific Palisades where they testified about botched evacuations without sirens, dry fire hydrants from an offline reservoir, & zero preparation despite red-flag warnings. January 1- Arson ignites Lachman Fire on state-managed land. LAFD contains it, but the state skips full ember patrol. January 2- State park rep steps in, limiting LAFD access with a restrictive map January 3-Residents dial 911 over visible smoke, even so, the park stayed open, bringing visitors into the hazard zone. January 7: Embers flare into Palisades Fire, scorching 15,000 acres, killing 12, & displacing 20,000! These Fires were set on Purpose by the Leftist Communist.
