Turned the 11th overall pick into a tumbleweed 💀

Sometimes the quietest moments leave the strongest impression. 🤍✨A soft look, a peaceful atmosphere, and a little time to slow down—that's exactly what this shoot was about. You don't always have to be loud to shine. Confidence can be calm, elegant, and completely effortless. What's one thing that instantly helps you slow down and recharge? 🌿

You’re working toward 25 closings a year. Who’s helping you get there?

And who are you becoming along the way?

Simon Sinek’s message in this video gets at why Cambria and I protect the culture at Haven so fiercely.

An impressive sales record doesn’t tell you whether someone will have your back when a transaction falls apart.

Or whether you can ask them a question without feeling like an idiot.

Those things matter when you’re trying to grow.

We care about production. We also care about the experienced agent who makes time to help someone through their first difficult negotiation.

The teammate who shares what’s working, even when you’re competing for business.

The person willing to say, “I could’ve handled that better,” and actually work on it.

That’s who we want in the room.

At Haven, we expect people to practice their skills, take coaching seriously, and follow through. We also expect them to treat each other well.

Closing more deals never earns anyone an exemption.

If you’re doing 8–12 transactions a year and know you’re capable of more, pay attention to what happens around you.

Can you ask for help?
Does someone challenge you to improve?
Are people genuinely happy when you win?

Growth takes work. Having people beside you who care enough to help, and tell you the truth, makes that work easier to keep doing.

You deserve that kind of support.

And the people beside you deserve it from you, too.
