So proud of you B, in awe of how you do it. Dad and I were not amazing nippers at all and didnt find our strengths till we in our late teens so watching you navigate racing and your skill in the ocean already is pretty surreal.

A special journey this year with dad and i both getting to coach you this season. Im sure its not easy having your mum and dad as the coaches but you never complain and we are grateful for the privilege.

Racing alongside two of you bestest friends and making some of those life long memories.

A weekend to remember, Kenny would have loved this the most ❤️

This guys last race tomorrow and what a legacy he will leave in this sport.
Rocking up on our door step as a 17 year old ready for schoolies to becoming one of our greatest friends. Ali Day you have achieved so much and the results aren’t even the most defining moments.
Always the biggest gentleman since you stepped on the professional series, the kindest and most generous with your time, this you will be remembered for.

To racing with class and grace making your way right to the very top and creating history along the way, this you will be remembered for.

A comeback from two broken arms that would have ruled nearly everyone else out only showed you character and made you stronger, this you will be remembered for.

For the way you handle yourself with the media, fans, peers and professionals, how you ask everyone 5 questions about themselves before you let them ask you anything, this you will be remembered for

And most importantly your beautiful boys and kel the family you have created and made such a massive part of the surf life saving and series family, this you will be remembered for.

The people champions, the kids favourite, my kids favourite, the mums favourite, i feel lucky to have worked alongside you, been lucky enough to be your first sponsor, witnessed your entire professional career and that i get to call you a friend.

Cant wait to watch you run around the series one last time celebrating a Ironman career that will be remembered and referenced forever.

We ❤️ Ali Day. @alastairday

California City Approves Legal Recognition Of Throuples, Foursomes And Other Multi-Partner Relationships

West Hollywood, a city in Los Angeles County, California, has unanimously approved an ordinance allowing people in polyamorous relationships, including throuples and foursomes, to register as domestic partners.

The ordinance, introduced by Mayor John Heilman, was passed by the city council on Tuesday and allows three or more people in committed relationships to officially register their partnerships with the city.

Under the new law, registered partners will enjoy certain protections, including hospital visitation rights, recognition by healthcare facilities and city-operated jails, as well as additional housing protections.

The measure also prevents landlords from terminating or refusing to renew a tenancy simply because a registered partner remains in the rented property.

However, the ordinance does not grant multi-partner relationships the same legal rights and benefits enjoyed by married couples or traditional domestic partners.

To qualify, participants must mutually consent to the arrangement and must not be related by blood. Registration is also open to people who do not reside in West Hollywood.

Christina Fialho, an attorney and founder of the advocacy group Rewrite the BiLine, who first proposed the protections in 2025, described the development as a significant step forward.

Speaking to the Los Angeles Times, she said, “This law is just the beginning.”

She added, “I think it makes it possible for people to dream about a future they once thought was out of reach.”

Supporters say the ordinance is aimed at addressing discrimination against nontraditional families in areas such as housing, healthcare and education.

However, the move has also attracted criticism from opponents, including the conservative California Family Council, which previously described support for polyamorous relationships as “cultural s¥icide.”

Some guys spend Saturday nights chasing women. Others spend it preparing for a heavyweight championship fight against an opponent they’ve been training with since puberty. No audience, no sponsors, no championship belt. Just one determined athlete, questionable cardio, and a towel that deserves its own documentary. Somewhere, the Rocky theme song is playing for absolutely the wrong reasons.
