I contacted 20 recruiters on LinkedIn.
5 were genuinely helpful.
That’s normal. Don’t stop at 3.

3. The message.
This is the exact message I sent:
“Hi [name], I am exploring new job opportunities in Australia and I would love to connect and discuss potential cooperation.”
That’s it.
One sentence.
It worked.

4. The result.
Those 5 recruiters sent me to 30+ companies.
7-8 interviews.
2 job offers.
In one month.
From the Netherlands.

5. The visa.
Good recruiters know which companies sponsor visas.
You don’t need to figure this out yourself.
They already know who will say yes.
Ask them directly: who sponsors 482 visas?
You don’t need to apply to 100 jobs.
You need 5 good recruiters who know the market.
