✨🇮🇳 Gaa Bangkok presents a new chapter of “India in Many Bites,” Chef Garima Arora’s contemporary interpretation of India’s rich culinary heritage at a Michelin Two Star restaurant. ⭐️⭐️

This is easily one of my favorite menus from Gaa so far. ❤️ Every course felt thoughtful, exciting, and full of character, from the vibrant opening bites of Chaat, Tuna Bhel, and Puchka to the comforting and memorable Nani aur Dadi with Cauliflower Paratha and Homemade Butter. 🥰
Other highlights included Atte Ki Khichdi, Tandoori Story, and the outstanding Curry and Kebabs course, showcasing the depth, complexity, and elegance of modern Indian cuisine. 🍽️✨
Desserts such as Malai Toast, Ice Cream Tadka, and Miang Kham X Paan provided a creative and delightful finale, beautifully connecting Thai and Indian flavors. 🍨
🥂 The Champagne Pairing was equally impressive, thoughtfully curated to complement each course and elevate the overall experience.
For me, this menu perfectly captures what makes Gaa so special: creative yet approachable, deeply personal, and filled with memorable moments. A fine dining experience I would gladly return to again and again. 🌟
