King’s Bay, New Zealand, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2025. This one is a balanced Sauvignon Blanc, not too sour, not too sweet - closest ever to the Falcon. Definitely a kosevin*. This one would be a 8.5/10. *kosevin: Norwegian concept that directly translates into “cozy wine” - not necessarily needing a pairing and can be enjoyed on its own with a smooth yet delicious finish.
