Prosciutto, speck et mortadella s’y côtoient sans façon. Burrata et mozzarella rappellent qu’il existe une forme de luxe qui ne crie jamais. Les olives noires et vertes, les artichauts marinés, les poivrons rôtis — chaque assiette raconte une région.

Grissini, focaccia dorée, pane toscano brun. Amandes, pistaches. Et puis cette lumière qui tombe juste comme il faut sur la prosecco qui attend.

C’est dans ces instants-là qu’on comprend : l’Italie n’est pas une destination. C’est une façon de dire aux gens qu’ils comptent.

There are tables one recognises by their generosity.

Prosciutto, speck and mortadella sit together without pretence. Burrata and mozzarella remind us that there exists a form of luxury that never shouts. Black and green olives, marinated artichokes, roasted peppers — each plate tells of a region.

Grissini, golden focaccia, dark pane toscano. Almonds, pistachios. And then that light falling precisely as it should upon the prosecco that waits.

It is in these moments that one understands: Italy is not a destination. It is a way of telling people they matter.
To share before speaking. To invite without reserve. To let the table speak for itself.

Ci sono tavoli che si riconoscono dalla loro generosità.

Prosciutto, speck e mortadella vi si incontrano senza affettazione. Burrata e mozzarella ci ricordano che esiste una forma di lusso che non grida mai. Le olive nere e verdi, i carciofi marinati, i peperoni arrostiti — ogni piatto racconta una regione.

Grissini, focaccia dorata, pane toscano scuro. Mandorle, pistacchio. E poi quella luce che cade esattamente come dovrebbe sulla prosecco che aspetta.

È in questi istanti che si capisce: l’Italia non è una destinazione. È un modo di dire alle persone che contano.
Condividere prima di parlare. Invitare senza riserve. Lasciar parlare la tavola per sé.
