I dry my earlobes (pierced 1mo ago) with cotton swabs and I haven't had any problems so far...

Also if you're like me and got annoyed with the saline spray because I ran out in like a week you can in fact just go to a medical supply website and buy a big Ole thing of saline for like 20 bucks . Like just as an average person you can do that. Such a money saver

Would you be okay with piercers adding this to their highlights for aftercare as long as you are tagged in it?

Using a hair dryer on a COOL setting can help drying them AND move long hair out of the way. Did this with all 23 of my ear piercings.
