National Runaway Safeline is here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year helping youth and their families navigate help in their communities. In 2025, NRS supported over 1000 crisis contacts in IL with 20% of those calls, texts/chats, emails being from youth who were homeless, 12% identified as having runaway, 5% asked to leave, and 15% contemplating running away.
