I asked Iapani “Poncho” Laloulu what Oregon’s offensive line talks about every day…
Big Ten Championship. Joe Moore Award. National Title.
That is the standard inside the Ducks’ O-line room, and for Poncho, it is not just about chasing trophies. It’s about servant leadership.
Playing center means protecting everyone, keeping five guys on the same page, and setting the tone before the ball is even snapped.
What stood out to me most was how Poncho connects all of it back to gratitude and the joy he carries from Hawaii to Eugene every single day.
Oregon has never won a national championship.
Poncho and this group came back because they believe they can change that.
