Rest in peace Nala girl ❤️ 9/30/2017 - 7/16/26 🐾 You’ll always be ‘just a baby.’ 🥺 Nala was Her. A gentle giant. All appearances aside, she was the nicest dog. People crossed the road when they saw her coming, she made me feel safe, but little did they know, she could hold you hostage with cuddles. I had to learn how to train her, she was a handful as a puppy, tried to challenge me, but teaching her discipline taught me some lessons in discipline. She was strong. lol. I know neighbors probably thought I needed a different dog seeing me get dragged (literally, chest to concrete) on her walks. She was intuitive. If anyone is the house argued, she barked at you and got on your ass. She knew the right time to lay her head on you. She protected us. She loved us. She kept us grounded. She was always there when I needed her most. My support. I’m going to miss coming home to her hugs, all her weight pressed against my legs. I hated the mud pits she made, but now the mud pit is empty… love you pretty girl. Thank you for everything. 🥹
