You asked & here it is! My glutes 🍑 routine! Haters will always say that it’s either surgery or when it’s a photo that it’s photoshop. The truth is that I was blessed with the body shape genetics, but I always, always, always had a rigorous workout routine. Like I’ve been dancing ballet and all kinds of dance, and horseback riding, almost every day since I was a child. And I became a gym girlie in my teenage years and that never stopped. Now my schedule is: ballet, Pilates, reformer Pilates approximately 2-3 days per week plus gym around 3-5 days per week. There are some exercises that I do regularly that are not shown in this reel, but that will come in part 2 I guess! Every time I do a video like this the comments ask how many I do of each exercise. I switch it up always! The key is to surprise your body so it doesn’t do things automatically. Sometimes I count, sometimes I just do each exercise for a minute or two before I change. The idea is to not stop when it hurts, but instead go on a bit longer. We want the shaky legs 🤭 Oh and the last 2 exercises were Fede’s idea. Those are the only two exercises that you kind of need a gym for. The rest is perfect to do at home as well. On each leg I use ankle weight 2-4 kg. I walk on incline 8-15. And the ball is 5kg. And remember girls that if you want to grow glutes you need to EAT! Door het @heressence.tm jaarprogramma ‘pel’ ik weer een laag verder af. Niet alleen opstellingenwerk is daar onderdeel van, maar ook ademwerk en innerlijk kindwerk. Zo zie ik nu wat ik als klein meisje ben gaan dragen voor anderen en hoe dat nu nog altijd verweven zit in mijn leven. Ik leer er met dankbaarheid naar kijken, in plaats van het te zien als zwakte. Sterker nog, ik leer het gebruiken als mijn kracht. Ik hoef nu niet meer te dragen wat niet van mij is. Ik kan haar nu zelf geven wat ik toen nodig had.
