Strip everything back. No noise. No metrics. No pressure to optimise every second of your life. That's Mana's philosophy, and we love it!
In a culture obsessed with tracking, performance, and constant connection, we can't forget to take time to log out and check in with ourselves, and each other!
For our Group B races tomorrow, our second main sponsor @by_mana___ have agreed to give our podium finishers a £100 voucher (1st place), a £75 voucher (2nd place), and a £50 voucher (3rd place) to use online.
