India has demonstrated remarkable leadership in advancing non-animal science—a progress every Indian can be proud of. We must build on this achievement, not move backward.

Wild animals belong in their natural habitats, community dogs and cats deserve protection, and animals in laboratories should be spared avoidable suffering.

Celebrities, politicians, scientists, veterinarians, and animal protection organisations are uniting to urge the government to withdraw the proposed rules and introduce forward-looking regulations that strengthen animal protection while advancing human-relevant, non-animal science.

Your nervous system doesn’t need a full routine to feel safe...

The neuroendocrine axis (the connection between your nervous system and hormones), primarily the HPA axis, is how your brain and hormones talk to each other.

When your nervous system feels unsafe, it signals the hypothalamus to trigger stress hormones like cortisol. These micro-moments of safety help regulate that axis from the outside in.

In functional medicine, we take a both-and approach, not either-or.

We address the mental-emotional, mind-body connection through somatic practices, and we use adaptogens and nootropics to support your system from the inside out. That combination is where I see the deepest relief. ❤️

These simple shifts work especially well for high-achieving people, busy professionals, and anyone dealing with burnout, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, sleep issues, brain fog, fatigue, and gut issues.

🙏🏽 Comment CALM and I’ll send you the nootropics and adaptogens I like stacking with these practices, plus an article on nervous system regulation.

Will we be looking at a NEW #WWENXT Champion tonight? 👀

PIETRO BOSELLI IS OUR NEXT COFFEE TABLE BOOK COVER STAR.

The face of Folie Magazine’s Fall/Winter 2026 Issue No. 3. You can order now.

Now, we’re giving you an exclusive sneak peak: a first glimpse at our conversation with Pietro, a selection of photographs from the shoot, and the story behind our next cover.
.
If Pietro Boselli (born December 3, 1988, in Negrar, Italy) has spent years being the guy the internet couldn't help but look at twice, it's because he's never been easy to put in just one box: a model discovered by Giorgio Armani, a mathematics professor turned viral sensation, an engineer, PhD holder, athlete, entrepreneur, artist and, apparently, someone incapable of settling for just one life. But beneath the body that has brought more than a few feeds to a standstill lies a mind that refuses to stay still.
Pietro isn't interested in being happy all the time, or in collecting money, degrees or approval. He's interested in feeling, questioning, making mistakes and discovering what's left when all the labels disappear. He wants art, oceans, mountains, jungles and projects he can't quite put into words just yet.
