🌿A huge thank you to Clean Scapes for hosting TNLA Region 8 on an incredible behind-the-scenes tour of the Waterloo Greenway project!
It was an opportunity to see firsthand the planning, science, and craftsmanship behind this remarkable landscape. From natural water filtration and soil science to the thoughtful planning and long-term management of native plant communities, every detail reflects a commitment to creating a healthier, more resilient urban environment.
After four years of dedication by Clean Scapes, Waterloo Greenway is a testament to what’s possible when ecological restoration and landscape expertise come together. We appreciate the Clean Scapes team for sharing their knowledge and giving our members a deeper look into the work that goes into projects like this.
Stay tuned for a part 2 featuring landscape architect, Tim Gazzo, with MVVA!!
