Cold mornings are so much easier when breakfast is already sorted! 🥣 💬 If you find yourself making the same breakfasts on repeat, or running out of ideas, I’ve got you! Comment “breakfast” and I’ll send you my ultimate recipe list. These prep-ahead porridge pots are one of my favourite tricks for busy mornings. I prep a few at once, so on busy mornings I just tip one into a pan and heat it with milk or water. In minutes, I’ve got a warm, comforting breakfast that’s high in protein and fibre to keep me full and fuelled for the morning. One less thing to think about during a busy week! 🙌 Dr Rupy’s porridge pots Ingredients (serves 1) 25g porridge oats (rolled) 25g shelled hemp seeds 20g flaxseed (linseed), milled 15g desiccated coconut 15g raisins 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 10g unflavoured whey protein powder (optional) Fruit of choice, I’ve chopped 1 apple 300ml water
ANNISTAN IS 14! 🥹💗 Why these kids insist on growing up so fast, I’ll never understand! This girl is my twin in every way. She’s shy, humble, hardworking, kind, quietly hilarious, and has a heart of gold. She’s the kind of daughter and sister you pray for. She was born to mother. She begs for every new baby and loves her siblings fiercely. And they know it! Those babies cling to her because they feel just how much she loves them. 💕 She’s not just a talented basketball player, she’s a smart one! 🏀 She knows the game, never demands the spotlight, and always gives her all. She’s the youngest on her homeschool JV team, playing alongside her older sister, and holds her own! But what makes me proudest is who she is when nobody is watching. Most nights you’ll find her reading her Bible and finishing schoolwork. She’s disciplined, determined, helpful, and the child you rarely have to ask to do anything because she’s already done it. She serves without complaining or needing recognition. She’s my squishy-loving, shopping-but-saving, curly-hair-perfecting, shower-singing girly girl. 😂💕 Quiet around others, but behind closed doors, her hilarious personality shines! She loves Yahuah, loves her family, and loves to give. Her quiet strength and servant’s heart are such beautiful gifts. One of the hardest parts of motherhood is watching your children become the very people you’ve prayed they would be while wishing you could keep them little just a little longer. Annistan, I’m so proud of who you are and who you’re becoming. As much as my mama heart aches watching you grow, I can’t wait to see everything Yahuah has in store for you. Happy 14th birthday to my mini-me and one of my greatest blessings! 🥹💗 Never stop being exactly who Yahuah created you to be. I love you endlessly!
I’m all ears 🐰
