39 weeks pregnant and prepping for the biggest physical event of my life! 🤰🏼

A little throwback to 6 years ago, 3 days before my son was born. These were two of my go-to moves to prep my body for labour.

Here's something I wish more women knew: Birth prep isn't just about doing Kegels OR just releasing your pelvic floor.

It's about learning how to strengthen AND release your pelvic floor, use your abdominal muscles effectively, manage pressure, and understand how different positions can support your body during labour.

And you can actually TRAIN for these things during pregnancy!

Over 15,000 women have now taken Push Prep, combining prenatal Pilates with evidence-based birth education to help you feel stronger, informed, and confident heading into birth.

And exciting news! Our next round of LIVE Push Prep classes starts TOMORROW NIGHT! 🎉

Join me every Tuesday at 8 pm ET for prenatal Pilates, birth prep education, and live Q&A.

Because you deserve more than a library of workout videos. You deserve real support as you prepare for one of life's biggest moments.

🤰🏼 Comment PUSHPREP and I'll send you my FREE prenatal workshop to help you prepare your body for birth!

This dark fantasy masterpiece (Faust) is famous for being a groundbreaking avant-garde blend of live-action, claymation, and uncanny marionettes, directed by legendary Czech surrealist Jan Švankmajer.

Lead actor Petr Čepek delivered an intense, career-defining performance as a modern-day everyman lured into a nightmarish puppet theatre to play the doomed scholar.

Interestingly, the film was an international co-production between the Czech Republic, France, and the UK, relying entirely on tactile, handmade stop-motion rather than CGI to build its eerie atmosphere.

Despite its deeply unsettling and grotesque imagery, the film received critical acclaim across the West and remains a cult classic that redefined dark cinematic surrealism.
