Introducing the Leo Burnett Vintage Print Collection! I have acquired a collection of original limited edition prints from a former Leo Burnett executive’s estate, dated from the 80’s to 90’s.The artworks (all featuring an apple) were commissioned from artists around the world each year as gifts for the top floor execs.

The apple has become an iconic symbol representing the defiant and humble beginnings of the Chicago based advertising agency. When Leo Burnett opened his firm during the Great Depression and offered a bowl of apples to his clients, a columnist joked that it wouldn’t be long before Burnett was selling apples on the street instead of giving them away.

The agency celebrated the success and spread the wealth by supporting small artists around the world, gifting prints with a myriad of styles to their top staff.

I have a collection of these for sale at the @vintage.design.mart right now! They are also all on the VDM website and can be purchased for pickup! Just search “Leo Burnett Collection”.
