Look up your local state's tendency regulations and see whether you can call repairer to fix the hot water as a emergency than the money can charge back to your owner？

Hihi, you should try reaching out to the RTA for assistance! They should have a form for you to fill out. It is the property manager/landlord’s responsibility to supply basic amenities such as hot water!
