4 nicht heimische (bis auf den Steppensalbei), die man so gut nützlich ersetzen könnte.

Leider bringt das Reel nur Leuten etwas, die die Pflanzen kennen.

I was trying to tell myself it was the OCD, but my brain kept saying: “What if this time is different?” I wasn’t sure about sharing this. I had an OCD flare-up this weekend, but thankfully, I’m feeling so much better now. I managed to get through it, but when you’re in the midst of it, it can be hard to believe you’ll come out the other side. This is proof that things do get better ❤️ This is a glimpse of what living with OCD can be like for me. I talk about some of the thoughts I get stuck on and how I deal with them in my latest YouTube video. I really hope it helps you understand yourself a little better and feel less alone if you’ve been going through something similar x
If your hair always seems to fall forward, feel heavy, or sit flat no matter what you do, the problem might not be your hair texture. It might be the weight. When you have a lot of hair, that weight can build up through the interior, pushing everything forward and hiding the shape of your face. With a razor, I can carve into those heavy areas like I did with @liliana.seaver, releasing bulk while keeping the length and creating space for the hair to move. So you have hair that moves, opens up around your face, and has a little more freedom. And the haircut can really come alive when you pair it with a cream cleanser. I love using New Wash on my clients. It makes your hair feel like that second day hair you love, where it’s not stripped of all your natural oils and it isn’t greasy or oily either. It makes styling your hair so easy!! All my favorite hair products are linked in my bio xx
