A few months ago, I crashed out to my friends because I felt like I didn’t have a safe space with fellow believers. I was ready to catch the first flight, bus, boat, or train out of Montgomery. Every day I prayed for God to move me, but He kept saying, “Wait.”
I didn’t understand it then, but I do now. Instead of just giving me a safe space, He gave me a place to help build one!
Sometimes the answer to your prayer isn’t leaving the place you’re in. Sometimes it’s allowing God to be the answer to someone else’s prayer right where you are.
