When people Google The Birth Base, they usually find me because they’re looking for a hypnobirthing course…
And whilst birth preparation will always be at the heart of what I do, The Birth Base has grown into so much more than that!
From group courses and private sessions, to postpartum support, pregnancy circles, Mother’s Blessings, starting solids workshops and a community that continues long after your baby arrives, my aim has always been the same:
To support families through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
