Dendroarcheology is fun, I did a class for dendrochronology during my bachelor degree and loved it!

I actually turned in my thesis focused on archaeobotany (the macro remains) yesterday, so I'm planning to specialise in that 😁 There are so many cool specialisations in our field! Like isotope, dental calculus, parasite and lipids (trapped oils in pottery) analysis. And perhaps more known things like microwear analysis and analysing the micromorphology. So many exciting things!

Only the first one hadn't heard of. Archaeoastronomy is my favourite. Combines with my other love, cosmology.
