Last call: A Tribute to André Emmerich
It’s the last weekend to visit “A Tribute to André Emmerich” at 542 West 24th Street.
The exhibition brings together over 30 works by more than 20 artists from Emmerich’s gallery program, including Anne Truitt, Al Held, Alexander Liberman, Peter Bradley, Friedel Dzubas, Wolfgang Hollegha, Jack Tworkov, and Hans Hofmann. Installed in a dense, maximalist hang across paintings, sculpture, drawings, and watercolors, the presentation reflects the breadth of his vision.
Visit the gallery before the exhibition closes on June 27, open Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6pm.
