ALI, a member of MY TEAM, spotted the cat in my presence, in Purnima ji’s presence and with Chaayos staff present. Ali then called your staff member to identify the cat. Your team’s participation does not justify taking credit for finding her.

Verify your facts before publishing your version on social media. An apology must come with an accurate account.

There is another serious incident your management must address: during the search, your manager Naim presented another similar-looking cat as the relocated cat. Local feeders identified that she was a different cat. We then had to take that second cat back to the place she had been picked up from.

Why was another cat removed from her location? Who authorised this? Your apology must address this incident too.

We are relieved that the original cat is safe and has been adopted. That happy outcome does not erase what happened.

CORRECT THE RECORD. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. ENSURE THIS NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN.
