Cold mornings are so much easier when breakfast is already sorted! 🥣 💬 If you find yourself making the same breakfasts on repeat, or running out of ideas, I’ve got you! Comment “breakfast” and I’ll send you my ultimate recipe list. These prep-ahead porridge pots are one of my favourite tricks for busy mornings. I prep a few at once, so on busy mornings I just tip one into a pan and heat it with milk or water. In minutes, I’ve got a warm, comforting breakfast that’s high in protein and fibre to keep me full and fuelled for the morning. One less thing to think about during a busy week! 🙌 Dr Rupy’s porridge pots Ingredients (serves 1) 25g porridge oats (rolled) 25g shelled hemp seeds 20g flaxseed (linseed), milled 15g desiccated coconut 15g raisins 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 10g unflavoured whey protein powder (optional) Fruit of choice, I’ve chopped 1 apple 300ml water

Strength through aesthetics never works 😭 The video shows a craftsman creating a decorative battle axe using traditional woodworking techniques, metal inlay work, and charring. While the finished product looks striking when cutting through a pumpkin, several comments flagged a critical flaw: fitting metal pins through dry, charred wood actually weakens the handle. Charring wood reduces bending strength by roughly 30% according to wood science research, and shallow treatment makes handles more prone to brittle fracture on impact. The visual appeal comes at a real structural cost. #woodworking #tools #axe
